meaning if it refers to chart W4 then it is the lowest number of the 3 choices and so on and so forth there are (2) 2's one is a W something or other 2 and the other is a something or other T2 so that one is the highest number


honestly....just study it because this chart made about as much sense to me as it probably does to you. If you want a good hint, any number that has anything to do with speeds that also have Vr, pick the answer with the highest Vr, it is always right
