The CBA was just around the corner when I got hired 2 years ago. I would not hold my breath on CBA coming anytime soon and even then the reserve rules might not improve.
Respectfully I think you guys look at everything as being static.
I get that you can only plan for "knowns" but a contract will be here and it will increase our QOL. That was the point of a union vote. From some of the leaks and talking to a few union people our reserve rules will be much improved. This guy will also be living in base. Many of the jr guys in MCO have lines because the senior guys bid reserve to stay home.
