I understand the angst of the commute, but man if you are a year and a half from a guaranteed DAL, I’d have a really hard time advising you to jump ship for this **** show, and all of the unknowns we are currently facing. Especially if you are trying to get into our most senior base. DAL will give you so many more options on shaping your career, and at least you are on left seat pay until you get that interview.
