Exactly. We (the pilots) have done our part to improve things, and now we wait for that process to finish. Negotiating is not fast. But honestly I’m really pleased with the pace we’ve seen. We haven’t been parked by the mediator. We are still meeting outside of mediation. These are all positive signs.
