Are there any ex-military Allegiant pilots on here who got in with under 3000? If so, it would be interesting to know what hours/experience you had. Please PM if you don't want to post details for all to see.
Just trying to gauge where I stand with hours etc.
Thank you for your time.

There's a newish hire guy here (late 20's) that got on with about 2500 TT, (121 time, no military), all because he beat down allegiant's door for the better part of 2 years. There's a guy in the training center hired on about 18 months ago who hadn't flown in 3 years (20+ year military career); and to top it off, system chief pilot (MG) told our systems class a few weeks back... "we know our applicants can fly airplanes, we want to make sure they are professionals and they really want to be here"... Probably a few words off in that quote, but that was the gist of it.
Long and short... overall, hours matter less than motivation to work for allegiant.
