I never flew in the AF again after UPT (long story), but for fun, I set up profile on AilineApps. EVERY regional airline to which I forwarded has contacted me! Holy @#$%! Are we in that desperate of a fix here?!
As TankerBob said a Form 8 is the form you get that tells how your checkride went. You should have one for every checkride you get. This doesnt apply to UPT though because they dont use them there. They only use them once you are a rated pilot. As for confirming your UPT time you should have a printout from UPT that shows all your flight time and even have it broken down into student and jump seat.....
