Like anything....its all relative. I came from an airline where you wouldn't know what your next days RSV assignment was until 7pm the day before. I personally like the RSV system in place, but it's easy for me to say since I live really close to BOS. For instance, once given a trip on reserve you are treated like a lineholder. No need to hang around the airport after a trip or call to get released like a lot of airlines do. There can be some days that are frustrating, so hopefully some tweaks in the CBA will make reserve better for everyone involved .
