Make sure you call them for everything and everything. Call them everyday. When they say did something hang up and call back and check with somebody else. Trust me, very few people at GIS have any idea what the're doing. I pretty much walked them through the whole process. Good luck !?
Sterling wasn't any better. Had a former employer call me and tell me some of the docs weren't correct and needed them sent again. It was like pulling teeth to get sterling to do it, frustrating process for me..just stay on top of it and if stuff stops progressing keep calling
