What is GO?

Isn't the new CPA on the ERJ side going to make it work out? ERJ needs the pilots and now the staffing is available? But how realistic is that? The conference call this summer made it seem like a smooth transition plan, a bad deal, but an acceptable outcome?

November's block hours are the lowest in 13 years... doesn't seem to be the need for staffing now at all. Certainly not much open time. And there is hint we cant take more flying until CRJ pilots transition over. It is the "chicken or egg first" thing all over again, except with training our own pilots instead of bringing in new hires.

Is endeavor's new TA a complete game changer to the above plan for our success?

The silence is deafening. Not much from management or union, no real plan or even communication. Even the forums are quiet... a post every couple days here and pages of posts every day for everyone else. Things are bad, but just how bad are they really? Not sure I've been here long enough to have proper perspective.
