I'm glad you asked. For starters, I probably wouldn't send the Alaska chief pilot and base chief over to QX to be flight ops management. And I definitely wouldn't send the best admin individual and pilot advocate that has ever existed over there to run the training scheduling and planning department.
Oh, wait. That's what they just did.
