The silence is deafening. Not much from management or union, no real plan or even communication. Even the forums are quiet... a post every couple days here and pages of posts every day for everyone else. Things are bad, but just how bad are they really? Not sure I've been here long enough to have proper perspective.
It’s quiet because nobody knows anything. UA is in crisis trying to figure out how to keep any of its regional flying staffed and staff their own flying. SKW is taking prime flying while we get the scraps every month. If UA had let them, XJT would have been long gone. So, nobody has an idea what to expect over the next 6 months. It could be flow to UA or another CX CPA. I wouldn’t by property near any XJT bases if you know what I mean.
