There are only 44 PC-12 captains as of a month ago. Those aren't good numbers. They burn through 3-4 FO's for every one that upgrades.
when FO's join up for less than a year to get mins, what do you expect? i'll never be one to fault somebody for wanting to advance their career or try something new, but don't take a position with the mindset of getting out as soon as you can.
