So now the Company is following the contract that we both signed!?!? My strategy when I first started here was since I had to commute from the west coast to the east coast, I had to be in base for my reserve stint, was to pick up as many SC or FS as I could. Only up to the five though. After that, I would only let the Company assign me SC or FS. Since I was already in base, it made sense for me to pick them up because I didn't want to have someone commute in for a silly SC or FS.
