when FO's join up for less than a year to get mins, what do you expect? i'll never be one to fault somebody for wanting to advance their career or try something new, but don't take a position with the mindset of getting out as soon as you can.
No one in my class joined without intending on upgrading and every single FO is quitting because the company has driven us out.
