I emailed the MEC today about whether or not they will be looking back to collect on the unused SCs that were paid even though they were aggressively picked up. The UAL MEC Treasurer said "this doesn't apply to the unused SCs and FSBs. The company was aware the entire time that they were overpaying due to their IT limitations."

However, in November they will be aware. I'm going to APU my 5 SCs and then go radio silent.
