I can see this working due to product similarity and eerily similar hub locations. Rumors have been floating around B6 and A330's for nearly a decade. Difficulties in commencing LCC operations on aforementioned aircraft type is attributed to high operating costs to which the 787 is a solution and game changer in the ULH LCC market. There are issues of course, B6's mint product is not exactly comparable to NA's Premium cabin which would exclude B6's high yield passengers and likely limit B6 to Blue Plus on long haul flights.
What do you guys think?
I think every code share signed with a foreign carrier makes the 330 rumor even less likely. NAI gets US regional feed to support their transatlantic flights, they’ll get over any cabin “issues.”
