FO first year pay is going to be low most places. So I'm more concerned about down the road. Anyone's crystal ball working?
It will be a “market rate contract”, there are no publicly proposed pay rates to look for. FO first year pay isn’t low at DL, AA, or UA so why should we accept that it will be low here. FUPM
