We use a system called IOCC that is made by lufthansa. It's actually not great but it works. You can drop as long as there is coverage. Lately for FOs there has been coverage. I've been able to drop a few trips. You can drop yourself down below guarantee if you wanted to.

Would anyone mind posting a typical schedule? I am really excited about going to ORD as a base but will be commuting in. I am curious to see the earliest TSA departures typically from ORD. I am trying to judge my commute flights from my home airport.
