Do I TRULY stand a chance or do I need to make a change to my resume before I would be considered?
Thanks!

Yes, but.....
IMHO, you DO stand a chance and I'd suspect you would eventually have a reasonable chance to be hired, but statistically your odds will be better on the
backside of the hiring wave.
It's still competitive and there are still lots of candidates with lots of PIC jet time that will sit higher on the stack for a while. This is where changing your resume is a potential consideration.
That said, there have also been pilots hired with lower qualifications than yours.
If you can stand out from the heard you just changed the odds.
