Personally I never liked Kirby and he just did not motivate me. Parker is at least honest about his feelings and Isom is a smart guy who remains enthusiastic about working here. Kirby is still stuck inside this “manage costs reduce mainline grow regionals” era which may have to happen in the future but right now when Delta is doing one thing and you do the opposite? What? Delta is showing what needs to be done, yet he’s still wanting to do the opposite. Screw Kirby and I’m glad he’s gone, he was a dick who couldn’t even pass pilot training and takes it out on us to this day.
