Nope that's just the financing for the 2008 deliveries that were already scheduled.

LNtFL, CASS is operational right now. A few airlines require "beta testing" before they'll flip the switch in their system, but I don't think any of them are on our list. Different airlines have different setups, some should accept us as CASS automatically but some will require "flipping the switch." At Horizon, for example, CASS was accessed through the JACS system on all gate computers, and when new airlines became CASS it required modifying the JACS database. The only real way to know is to get out there and use it. If you come up as CASS-denied on anybody's system, you'd normally have our jumpseat coordinator handle it but we don't really have one yet because the ALPA subcommittees haven't been set up. I'd suggest forwarding the info to Jeff as he's kind've acting as JSC in addition to his many other duties. Otherwise, I have most airlines JSCs' contact info from my time as Horizon's JSC and could make inquiries until our jumpseat committee gets set up.

Edit: I should clarify that all of the above about CASS applies to airlines we have reciprocal agreements with. If no recip exists, CASS doesn't help you out at all. Check your company email for Jeff's last chief pilot update which included the most recent recip agreement list.
