These are rated staff jobs I'm sure... good luck with that (as stated earlier). They'll show you a picture of a jet and then deploy your arse to some crap-hole where it's dusty & hot (no, not the Crowne Plaza in DXB).

The need for staff guys with fighter experience was critical when I retired 10+ years ago. I'm sure it's worse now.... so bad in fact that the AF is voluntarily recalling 1000....
