As far as the Fleet difference goes, you’re correct. The E190 is a much different culture, which is why there isn’t much movement off the fleet. I can’t speak to the status of the bus guys.
I’ll bite on the E190 comment. The only people who think the culture is that different are the ones who are brainwashed by the inflights or haven’t spent time on both fleets. The lack of movement off of the fleet has far more to do with guys avoiding the amount of redeyes the Bus flies.
