Of course we shouldn’t. Me saying that I’m not unhappy due to the pay does not mean that I don’t want the pay to be fixed.
You make a lot of assumptions based on your own preconceived ideas. You should read more carefully, and be aware how your biases are influencing your understanding when you read someone’s statements. I really think this is a blind spot for you, as it is a running theme every time you counter someone’s point.
