Well the attrition is about 50/50 PIC to SIC, so the percentages aren't changing significantly quickly. But you are right, if the company can downgrade per the contract, I don't see why they wouldn't.

Yea the ratios would have to change to beyond the threshold stipulated in the CBA but if it did, the company has every right to exercise it.
