Are you people serious? AQP initial is a freaking joke. Awac training was tenfold harder than cpz training. Our washout rate here is low and hundreds and hundreds have gone through compass training with no issues... They are more than generous here.
I think it’s the “70%” wash out rate that has some people freaked out. But they are not taking into account that was when only like 4 dudes would show up for a class when we started hiring again
