Why does EJM makes more then EJA? When the contract was signed 7&7 did not even cover COLA. However this POS was sold as gold to the pilots. Not to mention 100 pilots were in NYC ready to picket the next day. Only to be sold down the river with a **** TA and told stand down.

What's more funny is the new IBB failing. Should have thought of that before you sold your soul to the devil in 2015.
No pilot makes 244k at any BH company that flies airplanes on a 7/7 schedule. EJM is a management company so pay can be negotiated by the principle but there is no scale to reach 244k on the 7/7 schedule. Much more context would have to be provided to see how somebody could make 244k working a 7/7 schedule for EJM, in fact of all the EJM pilots I know, none of them have a set schedule, and none of them are in the same solar system to 244k a year salary.

IBB failing? You mean FAILED, as in it is done with zero progress.
