You’re right there will be a time that there will be more transitions than upgrades, especially if they figure out the Delta benefits, but if the current demand for pilots keeps up the upgrade time will drop. Eventually like it is in the CRJ...upgrade as soon as you legally can, bypassing those who are still building time.
