Already see a couple holes that could be flown through in that LOA. United/CAL Holdings is not listed in the LOA, who legally owns United so this wouldn't apply if XJT is bought by the holdings company. RJ flying is also not necessarily "flying historically performed by United FAs". Oh and I forgot who exactly it was but there were two regionals combined in the last decade that were placed under one holdings company to circumvent contracts. Anybody know who that was?
