Yeah I was referring to recip agreements, since without those CASS is useless to us. But whatever. Seems to get taken care of at the same pace as everything else around here. Thanks for the info. though, at least now I know how the system works. Maybe next Friday... lol
I don't think the problem is really on Compass' end; I suspect they've been proactive about putting out jumpseat requests, as I received one about two months ago while still Horizon's JSC. I wasn't able to do anything with it because QX management was playing games with us over new jumpseat agreements, but that's another story. Basically I think Compass mailed out reciprocal agreements to everybody and the new ones will get added as those airlines' jumpseat coordinators have time to get things signed and sent back.
