I saw zero campaigning by any of the candidates. Even if people wanted to make an informed decision, there was very little to no information available. When that is the case, the voting will favor the status quo.

We're not a career destination (and that's how it should be), but that shouldn't be mutually exclusive with wanting to make this a better place to work.
