We are all in this together, and duty days above and beyond the rest is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The rest is just selfish. You guys are just justifying selfish behavior. But you are correct. If my Teamster Brotherhood is not for Kallita, feel free to leave. I have worked my ass off for the IBT for a long time, have sat in countless meetings, I would be very happy for your ilk to lighten the dead weight that we have carried for the past three decades. Go ask those clowns at Skylease how they feel after they left the IBT . Or just go away.
You do realize the double crew duty day was negotiable... and that in the end Bourne agreed to let it go to a single interest arbitration which was concluded in August and of which we are still awaiting the arbitrators decision. Oh and guess what ...now THAT decision will be NON Negotiable.... no appeal. We shall see what the man says.
