If that is true then he owes me some money!
I will admit they are very professional and do a great job, but they tell you up front if you don't get hired they will continue to work with you for other airline opportunities without paying anymore money. It's not a money back garuntee. I got truned down at both FDX and UPS and I used Emerald Coast. I finally got a job offer at DAL after going to Air Inc. Emerald Coast was great and worth the money, but Air Inc. worked better for me.
