I used Emerald coast several years ago before my SW interview and I believe it helped contribute to me not getting the job. The reason, I was thinking of all the things that he pointed out in the interview prep and was NOT MYSELF. This is a real danger of going to prep. I am in no way shape or form saying that not getting the job was not my fault. What I am saying is that I believe that I was trying to conform to what someone else told me was a successful mold.

I think that if you are just yourself and use common sense you will do fine. I am 2 for 2 with interviews after SW and I just relaxed and was myself.

I recommend "Checklist for success" as an alternative to professional prep. It has all the info that I recieved from Emerald coast but in book form. It is tailored to the aviation interview and you are not walking in to the interview a stress ball.

Delta is a VERY laid back interview. The only fact that may unnerve some people is that you are in a closed room with 4-5 other people. All the questions are "tell me what you would do", and are pretty easy. They are just looking to make sure you would be safe, use CRM and SPEAK UP if you see something wrong.

This is just my opinion and what worked for me.
