wow. i have to take back the black cloud comment now. most of the replies are logical. no kool-aid for me (used to be delta for 9+ years and got my fill). just calln em like i see em. anouther big plus is the scheduling dept will actully work w/ you(ask what days off you want, if called for reserves you can ask if there are any more junior pilots that can pick up and they do it). btw reserves is almost non existant for new hires, some do not even do a month.
