How about some Sr CA just doing weird stuff..
It’s not always the FO’s I try to be as standard as possible & have to fly w/ CA’s that set a MDA on a Visual when it’s clear & a million or complain about you landing Long w/ a super light A/C on a RW with 11k of RW in front of you because I choose not to slam it on
So what’s more cautious??? Me not wanting to slam it on or slamming it on the 1st 1K with 10K in front of me ?.... I am sorry yell it me if I am out of safety standards not common sense want to be a professional pilot standards
