I've been interested in AW as I'm plotting my way out of my current non-flying staff job. I see the topic of Junior Manning and thought I understood the implications but maybe someone could shade in some areas for me. Does this mean you come off a trip and instead of getting into your car/commuting flight home you're sent right back out? If that is indeed the case do you get 150% pay? How often can this be done to a guy and how much warning do you normally get?
