Probably so. Who likes being to work longer and not get home when you expected? But there are a lot of jobs that have provisions for mandated (mando) work. I know a pilot got his 10 in by March. The more we can get staffed up the less this will happen. We are hiring more than we have in a long time. But it does take time to get people through. Wish it was all rosy and doesn't happen but it is reality.
