Can anyone enlighten me how a KLOA is applied bidding wise? I somehow was awarded one for the second half of December - so is this applied after bid awards or pre? I.E. if it is applied before I assume I’ll be on reserve - can’t reach credit window in 15 days, but if applied after, I could potentially hold a line, then loose the trips that are in the KLOA window? PBS webapp calendar will show a credit value for your kloa. For your line creation window subtract the credit for the kloa from the values published for your category. You will not be awarded any trips that touch the kloa. For reserve days see PBS help or the scheduling reference handbook chart: X days in a bid period with a reserve guarantee of "XXXX" to find out how many X days you get if you are on reserve for 15 days in a 31 day period.
