Some of us are accused of focusing on the negatives, but there are some pretty significant negatives here and it does a disservice to prospective applicants to gloss over or minimize these issues. Yes, yes, a CBA should fix many of those things, but who knows how many miserable years down the road that will be, with our shady "leadership" team trying their best to keep us compensated 30-40% less than our peers.
