Yes, I think the idea behind a big bid (displace 747 and NYC M88) was decent. The issue I think is the constantly changing aircraft and network landscape behind the aircraft staffing. If Flight Ops puts out a big bid that effectively goes once a year, that requires a certain amount of certainty by network of where they want the airplanes to be. In May, they couldn't guess that Network would add a bunch of M88 flying the fall. Thus the problem..
