Even if one doesn't plan on flowing the guaranteed extra movement alone is an advantage. PSA's attrition numbers since 2015 to now average around 25 per month. We flow 6, soon to be 7, pilots per month. That's an almost 25% increase in attrition due to the flow. Keep in mind that 25% comes from the very tippity top of the seniority list. This benefits every single solitary pilot on said list. "simply no advantages. None"...........Riiiiiight.
This is a pretty common conversation....Pilots under a flow agreement at least to a certain extent understand the benefits and pilots with no flow say it's useless. This will never change.
True. It's useless to go back and forth with them. Pilots never want someone to have something they don't, so they downgrade it. Trying to talk common sense into them is like ****ing into the wind.
