But seriously, to say a flow has no worth is pretty silly. It's obviously a benefit and clearly is an incentive for people to choose a particular employer. It's also clear that those who believe it is a significant benefit are likely to choose the employers who offer it, and vice versa. Thus no surprise that PSA guys think it's the greatest gift to pilots since the wiz wheel and that Republic guys think it's a bunch of smoke and mirrors. The truth is somewhere in the middle - it's a great opportunity that needs to be taken with ample grains of salt.
