Scope talk is a head fake. The union leadership has told us so, This is not the first time Kirby used this ploy. He tried it at AA as well. Get the pilots focused on Scope and then they will be relieved when you ask for concessions other than Scope. Watch the Cleveland video again. Kirby tells you as much in the video.
