Who wants to go through training for months for the same pay? I would. I'm sick of the 737. I look forward to a little more comfort in my last few years. It's not that I relish the thought of flying the bus, I just need a change.

As for base closures, I think fences can encompass more than aircraft type and position. They can address domicile as well.
