Do you think that you would have ever negotiated $251/hr with VX management? Most of y'all are going to get 15% (2010 hires and later). Hate to sound like puzzle palace but was your total compensation better than Alaskan pilots? I would venture to guess not. A huge windfall for all y'all, for sure.
You are stoned......The only Alaska Captains that make that kind of money are the same group of two-bit VSA *****s that helped us get the deplorable contract that we now have. At 18 plus years with 11 in the left seat I have never earned more than 200K. Add the “year-long interest-free loan” to that and I hit just under 220K. No premium(ever), no open time pick up ,fly line value ,14 to 15 days off a month......That is the real story. And on top of that it is W2 over TAFB....and on that score we are in last place
