The "jackpot" has to do with the new pay rates and total compensation. Did the VX pilots score? Yeah, big time.
So much "scoring," that many other FOs I know here at VX have updated their apps elsewhere since Oct 30th. For me, it was a combination of a number of factors. The tipping point was management's assertion that AK is a stepping stone and not a place to have a career. Okay, fine.....I'll treat this airline as a stepping stone and go have my career elsewhere then.
