So why exactly do you think Frontier pilots have more flexible scheduling options than pilots at other airlines?
It seems to me that when the Company is in an overstaffed situation (like it is now) it’s easy to drop trips, but not so easy to swap or pick anything up as there just isn’t anything in open time or on the pilot trade board. And when the Company is in an understaffed situation then it’s hard to drop trips due to daily drop grids and therefore difficult to move your trips around.
