Expect for one AA (prior USAir) male employee, middle age, Spanish decent, never smiles, and has it out for pilots in general. JS committee knows about him. Likes to deny boarding because you weren’t there in time to check in, but yet tells you he’s too busy 30 mins before boarding to check you in.

Otherwise I would agree, people at the SDF airport are generally very nice to deal with.
