Well I don't have a dog in this as it doesn't effect me and I can see the arguments made for each side. It all boils down to those in the union who drove the negotiations not wanting to give full pay to our furloughed guys like DL and UA did. And now they are essentially blaming the company for not doing it when it was them who chose how to divvy up the chips.

Taking from a small group and giving to the whole sounds logical but what happens when they come for you? Why not cut 190 pay in half and give the rest of us raise? Only a couple hundred guys. Should easily pass. Ok next let's remove G3 pay and put it all into G2 while giving G2 a slight increase.
